Direct therapy

£80/hour

Onyx Therapy offers direct therapy sessions to support a range of needs. Therapy sessions can take place in a location that works best for you (e.g., home, college, workplace, school, or in the community). Our therapists at Onyx Therapy are highly trained in the following to support you to develop:

Functional communication (e.g., ordering food at a cafe, making phone calls, returning items to a store, etc.)
Self-advocacy (e.g., understanding and communicating your needs to friends, family, employers)

SALT & OT Assessment

£80/hour

Onyx Therapy can assess your language, communication, and self-management needs. Standard Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) assessments are charged at £80 per hour. Sensory Integration (SI) assessments are charged at £90 per hour. We understand that not everyone wants/needs an assessment report, so you will be able to choose if you would like an assessment report or not. If you choose not to have an assessment report, you will receive a verbal summary. EHCP assessments assessment reports are highly comprehensive and typically require many hours.

Training

Our therapists have delivered training to hundreds of parents, school staff, workplaces, and young people around a range of topics. We are able to tailor training to suit your needs and preferences. Here are some of the topics we offer:

£400 – ½ day training

£650 – full day of training (able to do multiple topics/groups across one day)

Training prices are for a group of up to 12 people. Additional charge of £25 per person above initial group of 12 people.

Supervision

Professional supervision is a vital aspect of maintaining high standards and fostering growth with both Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) and Occupational Therapy (OT).
